  Best lunch I've had in a while! I got a quiche, my lunch companion ordered a muffaletta, and they were both the best of their breed. The sheer size of their tea list is daunting, but they give you three blends to smell and the beans of the coffee of the day to help you make a decision. Beautiful decorations in the shop and there is something to look at all over.

  Not a good place to grab a quick drink. My friend and I came in thinking this was a stereotypical grab and go coffee place (we were wrong), but we were assured our drinks would still only take 6-7 minutes. 40 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. Being on the road, it was very frustrating to have to wait that long. Another minute or so and we would have left. Drinks were good but 40 min is ridiculous

  Scheduled a formal Christmas tea as a special event for my daughters and their friends. I was notified at the time of reservation that a 24 hour notice was required to cancel. As luck would have it, my family came down with the flu. I called to cancel with a 25 hour notice, and a very kind man named Kurt told me that the desserts were already made so they would charge us for them. I told him that I was within the 24 hr cancellation timeframe, and lived an hour away so I could not possibly pick them up. He offered to drop them off at my house, which I said would be wonderful, I thanked him and all was well with the world. % minutes later, Kurt's mother called back and very nastily informed me that her so could not be bothered to deliver my desserts on the busiest day of the year. I tried to tell her that her son had offered, and she insisted that I should have given them more notice for the cancellation (despite the fact that I followed their policy), and that they would have to absorb the cost. She was very rude and unkind and insured that we will never be having tea there.

  Went for high tea with friends. The selection of teas was remarkable, the goodies were heavenly and the service was courteous. Perfect outing!
